Best White Noise generator for the money

As a senior citizen, I suffer from ringing in the ear. It keeps me from sleeping soundly and I suffer from being tired all day. My ENT specialist suggested using a noise generator as background during sleep hours. After searching for such a device, I found several but most were priced higher or lacked the range of sounds available. I finally found the SoundSpa which was reasonably priced and provided a variety of background noise. The sound level is adjustable and provides a continuous flow of noise to minimize the ear ringing. I use it nightly. The only negative is the brightness of the clock. However, you'll get used to it or you can cover the display if it really bothers you.
