AS A RETIRED PLUMBER I UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF PROTECTING YOUR WATER SYSTEM, FILTERED WATER NOT ONLY TASTES AN LOOKS BETTER, YOUR FIXTURES WILL LAST LONGER, FROM FAUCETS, TO TOILET VALVES, EVEN THE WATER HEATER. THE LESS SEDIMENT YOU GET IN THE WATER HEATER THE LONGER IT WILL LAST, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE AN ELECTRIC/GAS WATER HEATER. THE FILTER WILL KEEP YOUR ANODE TUBE AND ELEMENT CLEANER FAR LONGER THAN AN UNFILTERED SYSTEM. WITH THE MINERALS BEING FILTERED, SEATS STEMS, AND O-RINGS OR WASHERS IN FAUCETS LAST MUCH LONGER. I have used these water filters for many years in two different RV's and have been completely satisfied. They last a year, make the water taste better no matter where you may be and are well made.

First used this at the beach where water is notoriously yuck, and wow. After the trailers system flushed out the RV parks water the water tasted great. Recommend this product if you can't stand the taste of typical domestic water system water.
