Heavy-duty Safety Switch disconnects battery instantly.

Wing nut accommodates a variety of wire leads. Eliminates battery drain and prevents shorts and electrical fires. Also protects against vehicle theft. Rugged brass and copper construction. Compatible with 6, 12 or 24 volt systems. Rated at 700 amps. USA. NOTE: NOT FOR MARINE USE.

This switch is a well built, beefy item that will last for years. However, it will not fit on a battery used in a battery box regardless of group size- the lid on the battery box does not have adequate room underneath. I tried several ways to mount it, but to no avail. If used in a TT, or larger motorhome with a seperate battery compartment (rather than a battery box), it will work well.
