If you have an add-a-room, or any other accessory that zips onto your existing awning, do NOT order this. At the time that I ordered one, there was nothing in the description that would suggest that it was any different than the same awning that I already had. (Same brand/ make/ etc.) The instructions for the awning mention zipper OR velcro. You WILL get the one with velcro. Camping World says that they CANNOT get the awnings with zippers.The website does nothing to warn you of this (did not at the time I ordered). This was precious time wasted and a lesson in how things work. If you order product online, don't expect the local brick and mortar to support you. At least in my neck of the woods, the local Camping World refused to talk to me because I ordered online.
