Introducing the new Dicor Ultra Sealant System, a two-part process formulated to work with the various kinds of new TPO material

Ultra Sealant creates a permanent, watertight seal between roof and screw heads, vent covers, other roof appliances and plastic.The first part of the two-part system is the Ultra Sealant Primer, which is designed to prepare the surface and enhance the sealant’s bonding capability to TPO. It is applied with a simple paint brush. The second step is to apply Ultra Sealant with a regular caulking gun.

Ultra Sealant can also be reapplied to itself without the primer, and can also be a one-step sealant for such materials as wood, aluminum, steel, and masonry. It is paintable once the skin forms. Along with superior adhesion provided by the two-part process, Ultra Sealant is very durable, and remains flexible and resistant to UV, ozone, heat and moisture in all weather conditions, without shrinking or yellowing.
