Had a shade on the last TT vent and although it was better than nothing it still let light in the bedroom. This fit up nicely and doesn't let any light through and should stop heat and air from going thru vent. Read where some have had to remove screen but I did not and it is
staying in place.

I bought one of these earlier this year to block the sun beating into the front of the trailer we live in. I've noticed there is no condensation in this vent like there is in the back vent. Hubby is going tonight to get us another one for the rear vent so we quit getting dripped on. Betting
it will help the heating in the back of the rig, too.

We purchased these and they were better than we expected. I loved the fact that they were large in width and not heavy. We placed these in our travel trailer in both vents and it
definitely darkened the room and kept the sun out. I would definitely recommend this item

Simple and Efficient Insulator

These vent cushions provide a simple and efficient means of cutting down on solar heating during summer months and heat loss during the winter. They fit snugly into the recess of the vent and provide about 4 inches of added insulation. Being in the southeastern US, this can really make a notable difference in getting the coach cooled
down

Would be a five-star product, but for the fact that I need to pop out my vent screen every time I install the cushion. I fear my plastic-framed screen will fail soon if this is the only way to enable the cushion to fit into the vent cutout.

This vent cushion is great for keeping the early morning sun out of our trailer bedroom. The sun always woke our grandson but now he sleeps until we get up. It's great to get that extra hour or two!

You can feel the heat trapped in these cushions so we are convinced they make a difference. We like how it blocks out light also. We bought these type
cushions from two different companies but like these the best because they are white like our ceiling so blends in much better and has solar reflective material our other one does not.

I wanted to sheild light to be able to sleep in later than sun up. I bought the vent cushions. Since then I see other devices like solar screens etc. as options. These cushions are great and I would not trade. They were inexpensive, yet they do what I wanted, plus they add great insulation from heat or cool. I leave my camper hooked up, vent cushions in the vents, and air conditioning on (80degrees) when stored to limit
humidity. It has it's own electric meter. My electric bill for the camper was down 1/3rd. I would highly recommend these.

Just purchased two vent cushions. I think they are great and keep the trailer cooler since it sits in storage outside in 100 degree weather! Look forward to winter camping and see how they work. Wish the company that produced these would make a product that would fit in the sky light over the tub. Think I will try like one reviewer suggested and place two vent cushions in the skylight.

I have one in all 4 vents in my trailer. Last year we were caught in the winter storm in Oklahoma and with the Vent Cusion in place the vents iced over because of the insulation the cushion provided. This is a good thing. It shows how much the cushion insulates the vent, not allowing heat to be wasted out the vent. Easy to put in place and they don't fall down while traveling.

These cushions are sure to impress! On those days when you're looking to sleep in and that annoying sun comes shining through the vent, you'll wish you'd had installed these. They simply push into the vent frame -- nothing to install, no velcro. We added one to the bath vent and simply pull it out when we need to vent the bath. The cover is easily removed (zippered) and laundered as needed. An inexpensive fix that will surely pay for itself in just a few months by saving you money on your electric bill.

Started with one in old travel trailer. Bought two more for new 5th wheel. Really can
make the difference in comfort during the hottest or coldest of days/nights. At first, all
my friends laughed at them, but I belive they all have them now!
