I bought three of these in July of 07 while near Atlanta GA going to school for three months. Temps were over 100 degrees for all but a handful of days. Some started out over 100 at 6am. AC still didn't shut off because I like it cold (my wife says if there are no icicles I am going to say it is hot) but inside temps were about ten degrees cooler after installing them. We had to get a newer camper this year and I took them with me. I now want to find one that will fit the skylight in the bathroom. I take them out during storage and leave the vents partially open because they have vent covers on them and it keeps fresh air flowing so there is no smell in the spring.

Just came back from a camping trip where temps were 101 degrees and the trailer became so hot that the air conditioner ran constantly. I had just received an order from Camping World and brought the package with me. After two days I opened the package and decided to try the two vent cushions. They just push up into the vent and fit snuggly. What a difference - absolutely no heat coming in through the vents! After a couple of days, I was curious and pulled out one of the cushions. The top of the cushion was very hot while the bottom was completely cool. When it cooled down at night, I simply removed the cushions and opened the vents. Excellent product!

I have had a vent cushion for 2 summers, it goes from 90's during the day to below freezing on some weekends in the middle of Ontario and this works great. Heat and cold are completely blocked and also keep light out for the morning sleep in. It works exactly like advertised.
