A portable satellite TV antenna that's simple to use anywhere!

Watch our online product demonstration video for more information!

Set it on a tabletop, on the ground, on your RV or tow vehicle roof--almost anywhere to get a clear line of sight to the southern sky. With the wireless remote and built-in automatic level compensation, you'll position the antenna and acquire satellite signal in less than five minutes. Store two satellite positions in memory for quick, one touch recall. Because the antenna receives power from your satellite receiver (sold separately), only a single coaxial cable is needed for operation. Weather-resistant antenna is only 17 1/2"H x 16"W and weighs only 10 1/2 lbs. Works with DIRECTV, DISH Network, Bell ExpressVu and free-to-air receivers. Includes VuQube Antenna, wireless remote, 50' coaxial cable, manual and quick reference guide.
Product Protection Plan covers 100% parts and labor for up to two years following the expiration of your manufacturer's warranty. You won't have any out-of-pocket expenses. Note: Patio Awning, Window Awning, Slide Topper weather coverage begins at the date of purchase. Click here for more details

I believe one reviewer had commented about domestic harmony after getting this product and it is true. One trip while in Colorado with my traditional setup me and my wife were getting fairly vocal in the setting up process to the point our neighbors decided it was time for a ride into town. When they returned we apologized and we all had a good laugh. The VuQube is worth the money! I use Direct TV and setup to picture is normally less than 20 minutes. You got to have a clear view of the South. One time while visiting friends in NJ I had a difficult time getting a signal (after bragging about the VQ). The elevation was low and they had high hedges and trees. Because you can extend the cable with another 100' foot I was able to find a clear spot. Have not had any issues with rain fade, also.Light and portable does not require any additional power source (gets power from the receiver).

by far this has to be the best product out there. so easy to use u don't need to buy the automatic. save your $ buy more toys. did a trial run at home had a picture within minutes. it was incredible. with your view blocked most of the time with a fixed satelite this is the answer. no additional subscription take your receiver from home keep your home zip code in it and stay on top of your local news.

Got the VuCube on Wednesday night, but my wife made me wait until Thursday to try it out. Attached the cables, used my Boy Scout Compass, referred to the elevation setting for my location, used the remote and inside of ten minutes total time, was watching both Dish Network satellites. Recommend taking notes from the DVD for the steps to follow in the setup and what you should see on the television. This will save a lot of "discussions" as to why the tripod-mount antenna won't work.

I have had mine about 2 yrs now and had no problems at all with it , just remember to point the handle north. I use Bell Express Vu and I can have it up and running in about 10 min. very easy to use once you get the hang of it. Don't let dead batteries deter you from getting one, batteries are a dime a dozen. Sheesh... Had lots of other campers asking questions about it. Now I see that some have actually gone out and got one also. Last use was in a 60 mph wind storm and i had mine on the roof of the trailer so i just used a bungee cord and attached it to the bat wing didnt move an inch, not bad for a ten lb dish. keep up the good work, and thank you Camping World.

A Must Get!

We camp at places where there are alot of hills and trees near our area lakes. Alot of times the local stations cannot be picked up or digitizes and frustrates us(even with a Wingman), so we decided to get the VuCube and try satellite television viewing. Not only the price seemed attractive & after understanding the initial set up instructions, you are watching televison within minutes. It is powered by the receiver, NOT a 12 volt power source like the carry out. This is important, because alot of times you must move the VuCube somewhere there is a clear or mostly clear view of the south sky. I have Prepaid Dish Network & receiver, so my satellites are 110 & 119, which are approximately 39-43 degrees above the horizon, so keep that in mind when looking for that open or mostly open sky view. I have 2 antenna cables depending on how far I need, which are both RG6 shielded(50' & 100') and a flat antenna cable which I put through the window. Also with the remote satellite controller, I can sit in my TT and watch the set up screen when locking in the satellites. I can guarantee when you take 1 camping, your neighbors WILL BE noticing and asking questions of how you like it. Forget the dish and get this. Just keep your compass so you can point the handle to the north. I don't go camping to watch TV, but this can be a trip-decider for some who haven't experienced the outdoors. Best Wishes To Everyone!

We bought this and did as the instructions stated and what they don't tell you is the VuQube 1000 you have to try to locate the Satellite and the transponder is not number 19.You need to locate that manual yourself, and it takes awhile. Now the VuQube 2000 does that without any controls.

Bad VuQube controller

I just bought the VuQube 1000 on wednesday and returned it on thursday. I read all the reviews and knew about the bad batteries for the controllers so I was not really worried about that. that would be no big deal. What was a BIG deal was the controller would not even work I tried 3 sets of batteries and no luck. I figured this was not a good sign, so I returned it and bought a different name brand instead.

I used to use a round dish w/tripod. WOW, this was great. I opened box, read the directions and in 5 minutes, after following the directions, I had caputured the satellite and had it fine tuned to a 96% signal strength. This was great, NO MORE headaches. I made a plate that attaches to the bottom of VuQube, replacing the rubber pads, that has a sleeve on bottom to slide down over post on tripod. That made things even easier when setting up. Also, I was concerned, with the lightness in weight of this, it might blow around with a good wind. Now that its mounted to tripod, I got it up off the ground and it is attached to tripod that is staked to the ground. Works Excellent!!

Best $$$ I ever spent on camping

This VuCube has to be the best thing to come out since sliced bread. I was LITERALLY 6 minutes from opening the box to watching TV. I have Directv, and I turned on the TV....turned on the box....opened the signal finder on the menu, and it took about 1.5 minutes to lock in the signal with the remote control. Nothing to hook up but the cable to the dish and to the box. Knowing which was is south and north helped me, but that was about the only knowledge I needed, because the dish did the rest. Remote is a little hard to press, but nothing you cannot adjust to.

Hooked up easy and found satellite fast!!! That means more good times camping!!! I had an old round dish with a tripod. The VuQube blows it away. It took no more than 10 minutes to be watching tv. I should have gotten one a long time ago.

not for dual tuner dish dvr

note; works fine for DirecTv, (bird 110°) and for single tuner Dish dvr (even HD dvr), but, because dome antennas like this only "look" at one "bird" at a time, you can't use the second VuQube output on, say, a Dish dvr, with this exception; the second input will only get a signal if it's from the same "bird" from which the first signal is being obtained by the VuQube... and there are three birds for DishTv (10,119, and 129)
