Connects to any garden hose to send a concentrated stream of fresh water into the tank when inserted through the drain valve opening. Angled tip flushes sediment back out the drain opening. Handy built-in, thumb-operated water on/off valve. High-impact plastic won’t rust or corrode. 13" in length.

Bought a used camper that really needed the water heater cleaned out. This rinser did a great job cleaning th heater. Iam glad that I cleaned it out before using the camper

This is a simple, easy to use item that I wish I had years ago. I does a great job of flushing debris from the inside of the tank. Every RV owner should put this on their must-have list, and use it at least twice a year.

I have used the device only once thus far, since rinsing the water heater tank is generally only a periodic function, especially when winterizing. It seemed to perform well as debris was certainly observed coming out of the drain port. It's hard to determine exactly how well it works since you can't see into the tank. I wish I had one of those viewers you can use to see inside of walls so I could determine if I've done enough rinsing. All you can really do is rinse until you see no more debris and maneuver the device at all angles to insure you've hit all surfaces of the tank interior. Most debris should be settled on the bottom however.

Bought this off of the website and it worked great to clean the water heater. What was even better was the free shipping offered to Good Sam's members. I was concerned that the shipping was going to be more that the cost of the rinser!
