This product is extremely handy for keeping the threads and tubing clean. It also protects the ends if you are dragging the hose across concrete. Especially if you're alone. Each rubber piece can be used for either end of the water hose. It snaps into place, and has small weep holes for water to escape if necessary-but too small for bugs.
