Designed exclusively for DISH satellite TV programming, the Pathway X2 antenna is powered through a DISH ViP 211 series HD receiver #73912 (sold separately), requiring no separate power cord.
Simply activate the receiver through an existing DISH account or subscribe to a new Pay-As-You-Go programming package. Pathway X2 can point to either Western or Eastern arc satellites, offering the most programming available. Larger reflector size provides superior signal performance compared to other automatic portable satellite systems. Lightweight yet rugged, the Pathway X2 offers the fastest, easiest set up. Features 2 coax inputs for multiple receiver hook-up, an easy-grip carry handle and a security eyelet molded into the base so the antenna can be locked up. Includes one 25' coax cable. Stands 21" dia. x 20 3/4"H open; stores at 21"D x 15"H. Works with Carryout Tripod #47715 (sold separately). Not compatible with Carryout ladder mount. Made in the USA.

Worth it

Got the Pathway X2 just in case we ever get a second receiver and this was one of our best RV buys yet. Brought it back to the campground, pointed the cable outlet to the north, connected the coax cable and we were watching ALL of our programs within 15 minutes. We got the ones we're interested in and that's what counts. This thing starts looking for satellites as soon as you connect the coax. It's sort of neat watching it search...back and forth, around and around, then it finds the satellites and it's all set. I like the fact that you don't need a separate power supply and it's so easy to set up. Plus, you can get both Eastern and Western satellites. This is for Dish only.

X2 and the Pacific NW weather

Purchased an X2 as a replacement to my previous satellite antenna. Living in the Pacific NW we get a lot of rain. My previous antenna worked great when there was no rain, but when it rains it is unusable. Had to run out every half hour and wipe it off. Picked up an X2 last week and went camping and it rained for four days straight. Not one dropout all four days. As easy to setup as the previous satellite antenna. I also like the fact you can use it on the Eastern satellites if they are in view. Would highly recommend it.
