We bought our satellite at camping world and thought that we could have it installed locally. No way. We had to take it
to camping world. They did a marvelous job. We have used it a couple of times. Very easy to operate and even works
through trees. If you take your direct tv satellite from your camper to your house and back to your rv then you will have to reset the receiver but other than that the satellite is worry free and is totally automatic. I am very happy with
the purchase and would recommend it to everyone.

I replaced a dome style with this one & absolutely love it. The reception is excellent! Even in bad weather you still get a good signal, unlike the dome antenna that would go out in a rain storm. This unit was easy to install & easy to operate. I did have a problem
with it one time - it got stuck in the up postion & would not fold down. I called tech support & they instructed me on how to manually put it down & sent me the parts that next week to fix the problem. Winegard has great products & I would recommend them to anyone.
