Great unit that was very easy to assemble. Nice thing about this bike rack is it can either be attached directly to your RVs bumper or works directly off a receiver hitch. The rack is solidly built and holds two regular sized bikes without any problems. I recommend this to anyone considering buying a bike rack.

Well built unit with the bonus of the bumper receiver included. Easy to assemble, install and remove for use on other vehicles. Securely holds two bikes so they do not rattle or cause damage to RV or truck.

I have had several bike racks and this is the best one I have owned. It holds the bikes steady. No extra tie downs needed. The way the hitch pin screws into the reciever it works great keeping the bikes from bounceing. Also with the bumper mount I can still use my other hitch to hold my extend a tray.

This hitch assembled easily and works well. The only criticism I have is that the arm which attaches to the receiver hitch on my RV could be a tad longer (1/2 inch), because as mounted the inside bicycle handlebar makes contact with the back of the RV. We solved that by making a pad for the end of the handlebar. Another solution, which we did not use, would have been to attach the included bumper mount to the back bumper. If we had used the included bumper mount, it would have given us more mounting options for the bicycles, as well, so the problem is not with the rack, it is with the design of our RV. I would highly recommend this rack.

Purchased this bike rack to transport our two different types of bicycles. Last year I borrowed our son's $300 rack and damaged my bike when the two bikes got tangled on a bumpy road. This rack is solid and protective. Easy to asemble and mount the bikes. Only complaint - have to use a screwdriver to release the hold down clamp. This may be a good thing if it deters theft.

The instructions were clear and I had the rack assembled and mounted in less than 40 minutes. This is a a solidly made rack that should work fine for years to come.

It melted my tire

There is no way to mount this on my car without a tire being near the tailpipe. We have a 4Runner and 2 full sized bikes. The tailpipe melted the tire of the inside bike. I am hoping we can bring it back. I was looking at other cars, and some tailpipes go out towards the side, but ours heads straight out. The directions say to keep it 6 inches away, and my husband assumed it meant it would be 6 inches out from the tailpipe, but that is obviously not the case. It is not feasible to keep it 6 inches way sidesways, because that means one foot of your bumper space cannot have a tire in front of it.
