I had order one of these mirrors to try out. When I got it, it was well packed and all in one piece. I strapped it on and took it out for a test drive and at 70 mph there was very little vibration and it held good, so I ordered another. We pull the Travel Trailer and are very satisfied to make a long story short. I went fly fishing and my wife went to the store, and when she got back later that evening to pick me up one of my mirrors was missing. She said that she had hit a tree branch so we went back into town looking for it and found it beside the road. I was expecting to see it in pieces, but it was in tack. We strapped it back on and away we went. I would highly recommend this to a friend.

XLR Ratchet Clip On Tow Mirror

I loved the idea ... and would still love it if it had longer straps to fit my Sprinter mirror. I can fight to get it on, but it really stretches the rubber and the loops have come undone to where I have to pull over on the side of the hiway to reattach or lose the mirror. I contacted the company but got no response to see if they had longer straps.

I purchased this mirror for both my right and left side. After having another disappointing product, this mirror was a quality product that provides good visibility and stable at high and low speeds. Assembly and installation was easy.

We happen to see these on a truck at a campground, and asked the couple about them. He told us where he got them, and we then placed our order. We have had many people inquiry about them, and have told them how much they have helped tow our camper. We are going to order a second one!

Awesome Purchase!

I have some larger mirrors for my truck, but they don't make custom mirrors for my model so this was the perfect solution. Since they articulate in two different places on the arms they can accommodate nearly any size mirror. The ratchet part is nice because you can make it nice and tight, but release the mirrors without any difficulty. I give it four stars instead of five because turning the mirrors from a landscape to a portrait position was difficult. I'm not sure if it was just because they were new or just because they didn't want to move very easily. Despite the stubborn movement of the mirrors I would recommend these to anybody looking to have some additional safety on the road while pulling their rig.

These mirrors add that extended view to completely eliminate the guess work as to when it is safe to change lanes and when passing another vehicle. There is minimal vibration and installation is quick and easy after the first time. This RVer recommends this product as a safety addition and a smart investment.
