I think this item is overpriced for what it is. It took a while to initially set it up and
required drilling into my ramp door to secure the xtend a room. It does not have a floor to be fully enclosed and relies on bungie straps to secure it to the floor. Also, if you have an older toy hauler with a single cable to raise/lower the ramp door; it won't fully secure and keep out dust and bugs. The room has privacy windows that can be zipped to secure and unzipped to allow air flow. The front of the xtend a room is able to be
unzipped to allow access if you need it. Overall, it's an ok product but you should wait to buy it when it goes on sale.
