Our Tailgator is perfect size for us as a couple with a Harley. When the family wants to come along, the camper suddenly gets very small. Our first trip with the xtenda room was a success. The added space is perfect as a bedroom for our children and grandchildren. Please excuse my simplicity as I'm not a technical person, I'm relating our recent experience. It kept the AC cool air in the camper and it even remained dry during a heavy downpour. My husband set it up before we left on the trip, as the room folds up when the ramp closes so when you arrive it is a simple matter of adding the support poles and the jacks. We will modify the bottom edge of the tent so the little ones can't get out under it.
