Made with a UV resistant Polymer so it will never get brittle and won’t discolor. Weather resistant/Wind resistant. Flexible enough for easy installation in minutes, just snaps on, but durable enough to last indefinitely. Virtually unbreakable. Transport Clips are INCLUDED with every Awning Kit (allowing travel with covers installed). Awning can be extended with product in place for ease of removal.
NOTE: You must remove the “Transport Clips” before attempting to extend your awning. Awning can not be retracted with the cover in place, you must secure the awning in the stowed position and then install the awning cover pieces. Do NOT use a full pull-over, fabric, canvas or other RV cover in conjunction with Awning Pro-Tech covers. The temps can soar over 150 degrees F under these covers and can cause the awning covers to soften even if the ambient temps are in the mid to upper 70’s.
Please measure your awning before ordering. You want to measure from end cap to end cap.
- Will accommodate all late model RV awnings including electric, as long as the diameter of the rolled up awning, including fabric is between 3.65" and 4.25"
- Each Awning Pro-Tech Patio Cover piece is 4' 3.33" inches long (EXAMPLE: a 16' patio awning kit contains 4 pieces, and allows for a 3” overlap on each piece. If your awning is 15’ then you let them overlap more, no need to cut them).
