which tyre gard to order?

There is a note on the ADCO tyre gards which would work for us ie 19.5 wheels and the note indicates on that selection that for a 19.5 tire get #21648 but those are for 33-35 wheels.
So which do I order?
Based on the tire guard sizing guide all 19.5" wheels use this item.
