Additional Information
Engineered for todays tow vehicles.

The AeroShield's aerodynamic design reduces wind resistance and practically eliminates turbulent winds trapped between the tow vehicle and the fifth wheel or trailer, ensuring smoother handling and improved performance. The Aeroshield can be adjusted to virtually any angle allowing maximum aerodynamic efficiency and easily folds down when not in use. Ships completely assembled (includes mounting hooks #2,#6,#8 & #9) ready for installation.

Improved stability and handling.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 48 x 22 wind deflector I've used it for at least 30K miles, estimate about 1-2 mpg better fuel econ while towing 10K tag trailer & now a 12.5K fifth wheel between 60-65 mph. Overall, I recommend it, however take preventative steps to protect the roof paint of the tow vehicle as the bottom of the deflector rubs on the roof. I'm using some self-adhesive foam tape; so far so good. The mounting clamps, for my vehicle; 2000 F250, rub on the inside door. Paint is now virtually gone where the clamps have rubbed. Primer is now showing.

Will this deflector attach to a 2008 Toyota Tacoma?

    Asked by: Anonymous
This is a universal type product, as long as you have the space available on top of your vehicle, it can fit. Before purchase, you may want to measure the width of your roof to see if the <a href=https://www.campingworld.com/56-x-22-wind-deflector-black>56" model</a> may actually be a better choice than the 48" model.

    What size wind deflector?

We have a 2015 Ford Expedition Limited which has a chrome roof rack. What size wind deflector should I get for the Expedition to assist in towing a pull behind RV?
    Asked by: Larry M
If the specs located were correct, your Expedition is about 78" wide without mirrors. This would put it in a 'full size' tow vehicle class like the F150 which is about 79.9". The 56" wind deflector (<a href=https://www.campingworld.com/56-x-22-wind-deflector-black>item# 34579</a>) is recommended for 'full size' tow vehicles.
