The compact bent handle and star also offer a more user-friendly feel, and the recessed reel foot allows for a more ergonomic reel design.
A turn of the dial moves the externally-adjustable MagTrax casting brake closer to the machined double anodized aluminum spool, ensuring efficient casting control and braking force, while the 7 stainless steel ball bearings and 1 roller bearing provide a remarkably smooth retrieve. The Power Disk drag system gives anglers smooth, reliable drag performance throughout the drag range, and the Duragear brass gear offers extended gear life.
