Works even at low temps. Also, has good adhesion qualities. I would use nothing else since I've used it.

I'm replacing a vent cover. Will I need to removed all of the caulk around the vent, or can I replace just where the hinge part of the cover attaches to the roof?
SKU#52114 is sold as single tubes. The quantity of the sealant has to be increased to the number of tubes wanted. If the sealant around the base of the vent is still in good condition, you do not have to lay new sealant down. If the fasteners for the vent cover have to be removed, resealing the heads after installation of the new cover is recommended. With that approach, a single tube of sealant would be sufficient.

Yes, while this sealant is specifically designed to be safe for EPDM/TPO use, it can still adhere to other substrates including fiberglass.
