The underwater light is one of numerous options you can add to your system via this accessory, in order to benefit from visible lighting as a supplement to the camera's standard infrared beams. The adapter mounts onto the bottom of the camera and has a strap that allows your light to hang under it so the beam stays at a distance from the camera without scaring off a potential catch.
