The system vaporizes liquid with 600°C to form the superheated steam which exists in the form of microwaves and processes food autonomously. The water tray can be placed with liquid seasonings, wine, or diluted sauces for a more tasty flavor. Also the cool-down vapor/water will flow through the oven ducts to clean and auto-collect the pellet ashes on the bottom tray.

Asmoke fuels pure applewood pellets sourced from real orchards – infusing your meals with sweet and smoky undertones without the artificial taste. Asmoke pellets (item 755313 sold separately) do not contain any fillers, binding agents, chemicals, oils, or additives.
