Confused Order - Great Customer Service
Ordered 10 packs of #1003 bulb. Received 10 packs of #1141 bulb. Customer Service person PROMPTLY confirmed error, credited previous debit, resubmitted correct order, debited account for correct item, apologized and sent the correct item out. It arrived in good shape and within reasonable
time. I truly appreciate the way Customer Service handled the problem. The item is a basic thing - no big deal unless you don't have any! But these work well and are shaped so that they don't burn a hole in the lens covers on my RV light fixtures.

Having trouble finding a bulb, #2131, for prowler 30L trailer porch light.
#2131 is not a bulb model we carry. You may need to contact Heartland directly or with a local authorized Heartland dealer for a replacement bulb.

Are these meant to replace interior light bulbs. Been using automotive back up lamps and have been burning out covers and elements. Please advise on the correct bulb. 1999 Winnebago Adventurer 35C.
Yes, this bulb is often used for interior use.
If you have been using automotive bulbs designed for back up lamps, it is not very surprising that your light covers are getting burned.
SKU#19418 is a 12 watt bulb, exterior auto bulbs used for brake and back up lamps are generally double to triple in wattage. These high output bulbs are not really designed for the small light fixtures installed in an RV.
As for replacement bulb recommendation, ideally we would need to know what the factory installed bulb model was. It is highly recommended that you use Winnebago's Service Parts Catalog(linked below) to identify what bulb model was factory installed in the specific fixture you are replacing the bulb in.

Is this a 12v 10w bulb
looking for 12v 10w single contact bulb
These bulbs are 12v 12watt. While we do not carry them, 5008 model bulbs use the same bayonet single contact base(Ba15s), are 12v and usually 10 watts.
