These chocks work great
We have a 28ft 5th wheel and I have used these for about 4 years. I have tried the other type that you put vertically between your tires(which bent the first time I used them.) These chocks have even been used while parked on an incline. They may get in a little of a bind, if parked on an incline. If this happen when you go to leave, just hook up to the truck first. Adjust them in all of the way, move the truck up just a bit and they chocks will be easily removed. They work great. I
am going to buy another set for my Parents 34 foot travel trailer.

Well made and very easy to use!
I bought these chocks and used them for the first time from 4-9-07 through 4-14-07. They eliminate virtually all sway from my 28 ft. travel trailer. My wife has complained repeatedly about the sway that we had in our camper since we bought it. She was very pleased with how well these chocks worked. The adjustment wheel turns so easily you can tighten them by hand. Anyone with a sway problem in your camper, this is the item that you are looking for to correct it. These chocks are very sturdy and I am completely satisfied with their performance.

BAL wheel chockx
I have a set of these wheel chocks that protected my 5th wheel in
82MPH wind. One of them did bend beyond repair but well worth the
price because the trailer did not move much at all. My tripod also
gave up but there again it saved my trailer as it bent and let the trailer
down easy on the front jacks after the wood blocks left. I would
definitely recommend these wheel chocks in combination with a tripod
to all 5th wheelers.

EASY AND QUICK
I purchased these over the BAL Deluxe Wheel Chocks because of the price. When I put these on my 28' it stopped most of the movement. Easy to put it and take out. The picture shown is slightly different than the set I got. Instead of a wingnut there is a wheel with holes to tighten the unit with the supplied bar. Be careful not to lift the tires as you can if you keep turning the adjustment. Overall good buy. Enjoy.

Works great!
I purchased the newest model without the wing nut and it works great. You need to tighten it down pretty hard but it will keep the trailer from moving. This is much better than any of the plastic wheel chocks on the market. Check the distance between your tires before purchasing and then the maximum distance these chocks will extend to ensure that this product will work as well for your trailer as it does for me.

Surprised
I was very surprised at how well these things work. They are made well enough to do the job and I bought two (one for each side) As soon as I walked through my camper I could tell they were doing what they claimed to do. There was next to no movement as me and my family moved around inside. I was contemplating buying these or the X style chocks and I gotta say for the money I am very pleased with them.

Does a great job
This chock is very simple to use, and does the job. I have found that I don't even have to use the bar that comes with it to adjust the wheel. I just use my hands, and it works fine without any effort.
The only problem we had was at one campground where we had to put the wheels on several level blocks to get our trailer level. The chock will not work then. Overall, great deal for the money.

Sure to love them
My uncle had a set of these on a trip we took this summer, and I was impressed with how
easily and well they worked, and with how small they are compared to some of the other
chocks available. So I ordered a set for my dual axel trailer. So far I have only used them to
park the trailer in the yard, but feel certain I will love them as much as my uncle has.

How wide do these open?
I have a Jayco Whitehawk and the spacing between the axles is wider than most.
These extend up to 22.5".
