I ordered as a replacement on my Gear Box Toy Hauler. It adjusts to a nice tight seal and works with ease. The locks are keyed ali

the door striker plate and latch bolt do not secure properly due to minor door frame damage plus a worn out key tumbler.
This latch is universal and fits a cutout of 2-3/4"W x 3-3/4"H. A full dimension drawing of this latch can be viewed here.

My Keystone Montana High Country much to my surprise could be opened by anyone with similar latches. I was parking mine after driving it home & the assistant to the park saw I had several thousand dollars worth of extras stored in the pass through compartment so he let me in on the keys are all the same. I want to replace these so when I travel I'll be the only one with a key to access those compartments.
The key codes are occasionally changed during production of the latch, but it is still possible for another individual to have a key that will work due to the same key code that was used in production. The only way to eliminate the possibility of someone else having a key coded the same is to go with a fully electronic lock like RV Lock has been developing or find someone who can modify the lock & key to something unique as opposed to mass produced.
