Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to install, easy to use This little device is ideal to hang wet towels outside to dry. Brackets attach easily to a standard 4 inch bumper, and remain in place. Poles for the drying rack just slide onto the brackets and it is ready to use. Just slide off and store upright poles and line when you are ready to depart. Simple concept, works great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Deb Y We have owned this for 3 years and love it. After this amount of time the clothesline will need to be replaced in it - but it was and is a great addition to our camper. Easy to remount the uprights after arriving at the camp site and it gives you a lot of drying space. Highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bumper Mount RV Clothesline This is a great item. Installs in 5 minutes, and just slides off the brackets for stowage. Lots of line included, enough for the widest rig. I highly recommend this product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great clothes line we have this on our hybrid travel trailer under the bed fold out. We like that you could change the degree of angle by rotating the hitch mount. On our trailer it was still to high so we trimmed about 5 off at the bottom not where the rope is threaded and it fits great under the bed. we are very happy with this clothesline. it works perfect for wet suits and towels. No more tying between two trees.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not impressed Wife ordered this unit from CW and the shipper lost all except the 2 Aluminum bars& 2 metal arms for mounting. CW resent 2nd unit and it was missing a bent arm. So between the 2 units I have 1.75 cloths hangers. Can't wait to assemble. Hopefully it won't be like from the movie RV with Robin Williams with the shopping cart falling out the back driving down the highway.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from great service First one came damaged and most parts missing form box. Camping World quickly sent a replacement and it arrived in great shape. The product seems really well made and is easy to attach to the bumper.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from way better then hanging colthes on a bush Have used the clothesline several times, only problem is the line will give a little slack, just retighten and keep using. It is a very handy item to have.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ingenious idea While not exactly a stellar piece of craftsmanship, the hanging rack is ingenious and seems to work great. It seems sturdy enough to hold a reasonable amount of clothing, and is easily removable for travel. It fit easily on our standard square bumper in just a moment.

Can it be installed on a vertical metal wall ? My RV has no rear bumper, only a vertical métal panel and a spare tire.thanks

Asked by: Ronny
This item needs to have a bumper to attach it to the RV. If you want another product that might work for mounting on a wall, look at item number 83975: https://www.campingworld.com/extend-a-line-clothes-dryer-83975.html#q=extend%2Ba%2Bline&lang=default&start=1 . It comes with a bracket that will mount to a wall.

Can the angle of the rack be changed, so it's out farther? What prevents unit from being able to stay on bumper when traveling?

Asked by: Kaa61
No, the angle of the rack cannot be changed. The upright poles are slipped over the square brackets mounted to the bumper. Which means the uprights are not secured and should be removed before travel.

What is length of lines? I.E., useable width of lines

Asked by: John
The included clothes line is 35 ft. long. Useable length between each arm will vary. The installer has to thread the line through the predrilled holes in the arms, knot and trim the leftover line.
CL-100: Owner's Manual

The U-Bolts are approximately 5" long, and use standard nuts. Wing nuts can be purchased separately from your local hardware store.
