Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quality bike trailer with a couple caveats Burley trailers are great. Everyone knows it. We also know they are expensive! And for the money I would expect pretty much flawless operation. However, there were two things that kept me from giving this trailer five stars. 1) tire would not hold air right out of the box. Minor annoyance. Got it fixed. 3) trailer drifts to the right when used as jogging stroller. Tryed adjusting air pressure. Didn't work. Minor annoyance. The thing is still pretty smooth. 2) handle bar slips when pressing down to turn. This is a pretty big fail! I have stared at the thing trying to figure out how to tighten it, and looked online for a solution, and so far found nothing. Major bummer!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My second Burley Although it is easy to tow and seems safe, there are some features I wish it had. For starters the rain flap and shade flap should have a better hidden option that truly tucks away. Another is it can get hot in the summer and my son likes the breeze, but there is not enough airflow in there when the mesh is down so I keep him exposed ( which seems unsafe although I am not sure). My other issue is the cushion for the crotch is too long so it comes off easily. I had one last summer and it was stolen, and liked it enough to buy it again despite the price (but mostly as I need a double trailer)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Trailer, wondering on quality Bought this trailer and have used it a ton! We use it behind bikes and also with the stroller kit. Has been great to also use in winter as it keeps the kids warmer with the plastic shield pulled down. Unfortunately, the top seat hanger has started to fall apart within the last year (hopefully Burley covers this as I have submitted a claim) and one of the rubber wheel dust covers has fallen off. We like the stroller, just hope Burley stands behind their product on these few issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We actually hav a D’Lite but it’s fantastic! We got the D’Lite because of the suspension and have been very pleased. It is so lightweight that I often forget it is back there, until I reach an incline. Our 9 month old is very comfy in it and we feel confident that the great design is keeping her from getting jostled around like she might it other trailers. She loves it and we haven’t had problems with fitting her in with her helmet. We just put a small blanket under her to raise her up a bit and support her back so her head isn’t pushed forward at all. We love this trailer!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Trailer with a lot of features! We bought this trailer a month ago and have enjoyed the jogging adapter. The ride and push are very smooth and the trailer itself has ample room for two kids. We only wished the bike connector was not offset to the side but instead aligned behind the bike. There may be some logic behind that (i.e. catching a glimpse of your kid while riding), but we would have preferred that it align with the bike while riding on narrow sidewalks or trails. Great product overall and you get more for your money when compared with the Thule.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So easy to use! We haven't had a chance to use it as much as we'd like (our 1-year-old was scared of it at first... either that or he hated his helmet and over winter we didn't have enough snow to test the cross-country ski add-on we bought), but we've taken it for a few bike rides and our almost 2-year-old loves it! We also took his cousins (ages 2 and 4) for rides in it and they seemed to sit comfortably and enjoy it just as much. It's super easy to store and set back up. No complaints at the moment.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good product, but needs improvement As a stroller, The handle sucks. Hard to keep it in position when strolling. It moves up and down in any force you apply to redirect the stroller. Except that, the rest was good. Easy to assemble and good quality overall. Also felt frustrated that I had to buy the front wheel to get it as a stroller. That should come with the product. I don’t like the fact that it doesn’t have suspension. Not even the D’Lite has one. It is a spring, not a suspension.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome trailer, great quality, fun features I love my Encore! I use this primarily for triathlon training so I don't have to find a sitter. My 5 year old and 2 year old fit comfortably. There's room for toys, snacks, and a blanket on chilly days. There's also a lot of space in the back for picnic blankets, lunchboxes, etc. for days in the park. It seems to have good ventilation and not get overly hot as long as the front cover is rolled back on the warmest days. My kids love riding in it!
