It works but not as advertised
Outside feed thru is not weatherproof (has large holes behind hinge) but I made do using lots of caulking. Q&A says it takes a 1/2 inch hole but the supplied cable will not go thru that size hole. I used my own crimp on connector. Supplied cable is way too long for my application (about 2 inch thick wall filled with styrofoam). I made one just about 6 inches long, dug out a space in the styrofoam and used a 90 degree connector on inside hole which was much larger than the half incher I put in outside wall.
