The clear acrylic door provides easy viewing throughout the process, while the latch and lock door closure ensures proper heat retention for more efficient dehydrating. Drying guide, easy-to-use temperature dial, and illuminated on/off switch located on the control panel. Includes a non-stick drip sheet that catches dripping liquid and provides easy cleanup.
