I am favorably impressed with the fit. It fits just right on our sprinter van, snug all around. It was easy to attach the straps

Manufacturer specs do not always reflect the true size of an RV, hence why they should be measured for accurate selection of a cover. Please refer to the webpage here. Near the bottom are instructions on how to measure for a cover and a demonstration video as well.

I have a 2002 Trail Lite by R-Vision, B+, 21 ft long. Is this the cover I should buy, or do I need to buy a cover for a Class C. You can view what it looks like on
A Class C cover like #78485 would be better suited for your motorhome since the overall design is more Cab/Chassis like a typical Class C versus a full van body with fiberglass bubble on top to raise the interior height. The additional height and width is needed that the Class B cover will lack.
