what i needed to pull high shades down. could not find in home centers.

metal loop included ?
the wand is nice, what about the metal loop and plastic cover that seems to break and vanish ?
Unfortunately that is not a part that we have. You will need to go to the manufacturer of the blinds/shades or locate a retailer who specializes in blind/shade parts to obtain replacement sleeve and hook for the tilt gear.
