By combining precise weight distribution with passive sway control, the TruTrack™ delivers a smoother, safer towing experience.
The TruTrack™ 2P features a distinctive spring bar attachment system. Like other weight distribution hitches, it uses a pair of spring bars to distribute the trailer tongue weight across the axles of the vehicle-trailer combination. However, rather than using spring bar chains, the TruTrack™ connects to the trailer frame via heavy-duty, adjustable support brackets that secure the spring bars both laterally and vertically. This design ensures that, while traditional spring bars may sway from side to side, the integrated sway control arms reduce this movement and keep the trailer better aligned.
In addition to its built-in sway control, the CURT TruTrack™ maintains the high-quality standards of our other weight distribution hitches, making it an ideal choice for campers, livestock trailers, and other heavy-duty applications.
