Brand Daisy
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Could be better but great for the size & price Compared to an old green dot a friend gave me the Daisy is about 1/2 the size, lighter, has 2 brightness settings, has a more secure yet easier-to-access battery and is much better at holding zero. The dot is 20moa which is a bit bigger than I'm used to, but I'll only be using it out to 15 yards so that's not a big issue. Personally I found the high brightness was way too bright, I would have preferred the low setting be bright and an even lower low... That said I know my way around electronics. The stock low is a 10ohm resistor, I moved that to where full power was and put a 1kohm resistor in series for the dim setting. The brightness is way better now but I got a smudge on the lens, which would not come off with a dry microfiber. When I used the spray I use on my glasses the reflective coating came off too. I like the design so I'll be getting a new one but I wanted to pass on the warning: If you need to clean the lens keep it dry, the reflective coating is very easy to remove.
