Important! Please note this Pad Lock will only work on newer BAL Deluxe Tire Locking Chocks (CW SKU#43891, BAL Part #28010) with the hole in the top washers (as shown in the product image).
Installation Instructions:
Once the BAL 28005 Deluxe Tire Locking Chock is installed firmly between the trailer's wheels, align the holes on top washers to accept the 28015 Pad Lock. This can be achieved by tightening or loosening the Chock between the tires with the Chock's included 3/4" ratchet handle. After the holes are aligned, insert the Pad Lock's shackle ('U' shaped bar) upside down thru the bottom hole first. The shackle will point down and the locking mechanism will face upwards. Once the shackle is thru both holes in the washers, you can secure the Chock by locking the Pad Lock. Retain Pad Lock's keys in safe place.
