Very old Bethany camper. Old roof used what looks like a rubberized cloth that failed while it was in open, long term storage. Thanks!
You can use SKU#21208 on wood substrates.

I have a Circle J horse trailer with a fiberglass roof. It is a 2006 and I don't think it has ever had any coating put on it. The fiberglass looks dull and has some tiny cracks beginning - no leaks, just tiny little surface cracks. I want to know if the Fiberglass RV Roof Coating is what I should put on it? Is there anything that I should do to the roof first? I have read about removing oxidation, for instance.
If your roof is all fiberglass, yes this is the right product. This coating will resurface your roof and provide a protective coating while also reflect sunlight lowering the interior temperature of the trailer. Keep in mind that this is not a repair product, this coating may assist in preserving your roof, it does not repair any cracks/leaks. At best this product may help keep the cracks from spreading faster since it is resin based.

Dicor recommends their Fiberglass Clean & Prep product RP-FCP-1. Detailed washing does have to be performed first, and the surface prepped with steel wool or sandpaper to create a slightly abraded surface for the coating to adhere to.
