Additional Information
Dicor Self-Leveling Lap Sealant is designed for use on horizontal RV roof surfaces, including rubber, TPO, metal, fiberglass, aluminum, and wood. Seals along roof edges, around vent covers, vent pipes, air conditioners, and screw heads. Self-Leveling Lap Sealant is UV-stabilized to prevent deterioration and discoloration and remains flexible. 10.3 fl. oz. tube.

Directions for Use:
Clean the surface of all dirt, loose paint, rust, oil, and grease. Allow the surface to dry before applying sealant. Use standard caulking equipment to apply the sealant. In cold weather, warm the container at room temperature before use.

Caution:
Keep away from heat, sparks, and flame. To avoid breathing vapors, open windows and doors or use other means to ensure fresh air entry during application and drying. If you experience eye watering, headaches, or dizziness, increase fresh air or wear respiratory protection (NIOSH/MSHA TC23C or equivalent) or leave the area. Causes nose, throat, eye, and skin irritation.

Spills:
Keep the container closed when not in use. In case of spillage, absorb with inert material and dispose of in accordance with applicable regulations.

In Case of Fire:
Use water spray, foam, dry chemical, or carbon dioxide. Do not use a solid stream of water because it can scatter and spread the fire. Vapors are heavier than air and may travel along the ground to distant ignition sources and flash back.

First Aid:
If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Call a physician immediately. If inhaled, remove to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Glasses or goggles are recommended. In case of eye contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Chemically resistant gloves recommended. In case of skin contact, thoroughly wash affected area with soap and water.

Health Notice:
Reports have associated repeated and prolonged occupational overexposure to solvents with permanent brain and nervous system damage. Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling the contents may be harmful and fatal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Di-cor is to die for! Best roof lap seal ever! This sealant is awesome! Easy to work with, self leveling so you use a very small amount and work your way around all the seams and everything mounted on top of the roof. Your RV should be checked every 6 mo. For weathering cracks in the sealant and around the screws and should be reapplied if needed typically every year to ensure good rv care. Camping world has this for under $8.00 a tube. I used 2 tubes for a 24 foot camper around every seam on the roof and all the mounted hardware & screws. Amazing

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This stuff really, really works! This stuff is fantastic and does exactly what it is supposed to do. I used it when I replaced the cracked skylight on my nearly new motorhome. It’s easy to apply and spreads out nicely after application exactly as it’s supposed to. Just be aware that it takes a l-o-n-g time to fully cure—up to a month—so if you apply it outdoors like I did you need to keep it covered for the first few days to prevent leaves and other airborne debris from bonding to the upper layer of the slowly curing caulk. (Please don’t ask me how I know this.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from self leveling sealant This sealant is great. I've used it on all my joints where the front and rear caps and the side caps meet the roof. I find it takes a week or so to penetrate into the old seams. Once past that point, I'm high and dry. Saved me from buying a new Motor Home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dicor The Dicor lap sealant is easy to apply and does a great job touching up areas of need on the RV roof. Throughly clean the application area apply the Dicor and forget about it. This tube will cover a large amount of repairs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works good- apply liberally Used for multiple applications and seems good. I would recommend using two tubes for a fan install. I like to apply it very liberally around the whole frame edge and thoroughly cover all the screws.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from the Great Seal The only thing to use on the roof of an RV. It self levels and penetrates to completely seal. I used it on a maxxair fan and my solar install. Not a leak at all

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Self-levels nicely. Self-levels for a cleaner look and improves sealing. Holds up well. The caulking I applied on a roof fan two years ago still looks great.

What is the difference between item # 32126 & 32125 ?

Other than quanity, what is the difference?
Asked by: Anonymous
The only difference is the color. SKU#32126 & 32125 are both '501'(Self-Leveling) sealants. Contrary to the product image for SKU#32126, only one 10.3 oz. tube is received per quantity. The image is an early one from the manufacture that shows three EPDM safe sealant types: 551, 501, and 505

How much does one cartridge cover?

I want to install three roof vents on my Rv. Is one cartridge enough?
Asked by: Heinz
Unfortunately, Dicor does not have theoretical yield data for their lap sealants due to having too many variables involved. It would be easiest to figure 1 tube per 14"x14" vent.
