Combining a superior design, rigid ISO quality control, the finest materials, and precision manufacturing, BayStar continues the tradition of bringing comfort and safety to boating.
This latest series of BayStar helms has been redesigned to provide a better experience for the vessel operator. New valve technology ensures tighter, quieter, and more responsive steering, while minimizing the potential for chattering when dealing with over running steering loads. More durable check valves make the entire steering system more resilient to the rigors of trailering. The revamped design introduces a new fill port plug for easier maintenance. Model HH4315-4 is a direct replacement for HH4315-3 and HH4315.
• Greatly reduced chatter noise that's typically generated by over running steering loads
• Improved check valve durability with a more robust design
• Better trailering performance as well as longer service life
• Eliminated flow noise when coming off hard-over position
• Decreased clicking sound of the lock valve spool during steering reversal
