The Dometic BayStar HH4316-4 Sport Plus Tilt Hydraulic Helm 1.4 allows you to install the safety, reliability, and comfort of hydraulic steering onto your boat rated up to 150 HP. Combining a superior design, rigid ISO quality control, the finest materials, and precision manufacturing, BayStar continues the tradition of bringing comfort and safety to boating.
This latest series of BayStar helms has been redesigned to provide a better experience for the vessel operator. New valve technology ensures tighter, quieter, and more responsive steering, while minimizing the potential for chattering when dealing with over running steering loads. More durable check valves make the entire steering system more resilient to the rigors of trailering. The revamped design introduces a new fill port plug for easier maintenance. Model HH4316-4 is a direct replacement for HH4316-3 and HH4316.
