Rated 1 out of 5 by from Convection function is a joke This is ok as a microwave. We have a microwave convection oven at home and love it. Our new to us motorhome does not have an oven, so we wanted this to use as the oven. The settings are ridiculous. Who cooks at those preset temps...nobody. There is not even a way to change the settings to a temp that is used in most recipes. Customer Service was useless as none of them have ever used the oven function, only the microwave. So how can they help you? Forget the manual, it in itself is pitiful...just a couple of directions.....nothing to help with trouble shooting. There is more information on the box than the photocopied manual. Would not recommend to anyone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dreaded F-5 error code Garbage. Looks great, but you will get the F-5 error code which means replace. No repair, replace. We used ours for three years, vacationing as normal families do, a couple of trips a year and stored in a heated garage. Very well maintained. Convection just dies, messes with your units entire electrical system, and no way to repair. Ours was an over the range unit and could not even be used twenty times...those are expensive meals.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Woeks ok, but lousy door latch We bought ours 3 years ago, and use it two months a year. After one month this year, the half-round button that you push to open the door flew off and the springs went flying. We never did find the second one! I called Dometic to see if I could get a new spring. "No." I was told they are so inexpensive, they don't have parts for any "older" units. I have to buy a new one. Because of a spring. After only 5 months of use. Really. Other than that, I like it. It took a bit to figure out the convection part of it, but I'm fairly successful in using it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Microwave The convection oven do not cook it burns everything you try to cook. I tried to cook a cake--burned. Square dates--burned. The top element is to close from the food. If somebody has a solution, please let me know.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Convection oven Convection oven as degree setting that are converted from equivalent Celsius temperatures which are weird. The temperature only goes to 400 which is to low to bake some things like pizza. The top coil is exposed so it burns things on top before they are baked in the middle.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My grip is no metal pans work in this oven I love my convection oven but with the only exception, no metal pans. I have had to go and find other oven pots and pans like NordicWare that are not as heavy as normal pots and pans that could fit and cook in this oven.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks great, but very noisy using convection I really like the way it looks. I had to modify my cabinet quite a bit to accommodate this unit. The microwave portion is great, but the convection portion was disappointing. It's extremely noisy, so much so that I took the first one back and exchanged it. The replacement is just as noisy, so I don't use it often on convection. I was surprised, as the unit (different brand) in my Dad's RV is very quiet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Price Received it yesterday and tried it out. Seems to be a good unit. I only gave it 4 stars because the documentation in the box did not include installation instructions - but Camping World has the documentation as a pdf file. I am installing this in a 10 year old motorhome to replace a Dometic microwave - fit looks okay. The Dometic web site has no information about this unit - what a way to run a business. For the price ($179.99), this is a better buy than buying a Dometic microwave.

Can you put this under the gas stove eyes

This microwave is to be used on a countertop or in a cabinet cutout. If said microwave is going to be placed directly next to a cooktop, some form of heat shielding is recommended.

Will this fit into a Winnebago ERA 2012 existing space. Will the existing wiring work with this unit?

Asked by: Gary
We cannot confirm fit based on RV make/model, the cabinet or cutout will have to be measured to confirm fit of this microwave. This microwave plugs into a 120VAC power outlet like at a residential home.
