(Some installations may require a Dometic floor flange adapter kit - sold separately.) Weight: 11.4 lbs. One-year limited warranty.

FEATURES:
• Efficient foot-pedal operation with adjustable water level
• Innovative drop-away ball and valve system (ball seal is easily changed without requiring any tools)
• Pedal cover and base shroud are incorporated into the new pedal and base design (not separate), resulting in easier installation

Dometic High Profile 300 Gravity Flush Toilet is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from An okay toilet I was in a rush ordering and thought I'd ordered a porcelain bowl. This will work but it's squeaky as heck and makes me think it's going to fall apart. The upper rim of the base snaps in under the uppermost base which the seat rests on. This can snap out of place and I'm not a heavy person. The other con is that the circulating flush jet does not reach the front area. This is where where you need rinsing the most. I ordered the optional hand wand to counter that problem and will play with the water pressure. I've had better toilets than this one but also spent a lot more too. Not a bad toilet for the money but if you can splurge, get a porcelain upgrade which won't squeak and will feel solid.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Only one issue I love this toilet. No more bending over to flush like I did with the Thetford model it replaced. I installed a shutoff valve in the supply line since I had to turn the water off for the swap-out. I also had to rework the line to the new toilet; this, however, is not a fault of Dometic: I very likely would have had to do all this for all but an exact replacement unit. My only issue is I have to keep the shut-off valve partially closed to throttle the water flow. At full-open water tended to splash out from under the front of the seat. Not having a means to adjust the water flow, builtinto the water valve, is a minor design flaw that was easy for me to compensate for. I would most definitely buy another one of these toilets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent replacement Had an issue with our S/L toilet on a sunday. Found an open rv store in Sevierville TN that didn't carry any S/L parts. My only other option was to purchase a new toilet to be operational that day. Bought this unit, and had it installed in less than 30 minutes. I really like you don't have to tear it apart to change the flush seal. Just reach in and pull it out. Also, the water valve can be replaced without tearing the whole unit apart.I would not hesitate to recommend or purchase this product again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Replacing a Thertford IV Toilet with a Dometic 300 Toilet I replaced the Thertford IV toilet with the Dometic 300. I liked the extra height and the foot flush plus the price was very good. This was a little frustrating not going to a standard toilet line and only a note saying you may need special fittings. Just tell us the camode has 1/2" MPT Inlet and the extra parts would be easy to figure out. My line was 1/2"OD so it would fit a 1/2" Polyline Coupler Adapter. I bought a 1/2"MPT, 90deg. PVC Threaded Elbow and a Coupler/Adapter at the hardware store. I use Teflon Tape on all Male Fittings and screwed the Adapter onto the Elbow and then the Elbow onto the Toilet. Cut the Polyline to length and plug the line into the coupler. No Leaks, No Worries. Since 1997 there probably is some different tubing being used. Check your tubing size first.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Standard equipment with my RV travel trailer This toilet in bone color came standard with my small RV TT. Feels very solid and sturdy as I'm around 175 lbs. Triple jet rinse flushing action does OK. Don't need the optional rinse sprayer as my shower wand is just a few feet away. Some YouTuber who fancies himself an RV expert has a thing against plastic toilets, but to me they're good enough. May upgrade to a porcelain model if replacement is required later. So far very satisfied with the 300 Dometic lightweight toilet.

Hello, can you tell me how much water this toilet uses with each flush?

Asked by: Matt
RV toilets such as this will run water for as long as you hold the pedal since they do not use a water reservoir like a residential toilet does. So water volume per flush depends on how long the pedal is held down, along with the flow rate of the water pump & lines said toilet is plumbed to. In regards to installation requirements, the minimum flow rate for proper function of the toilet is 2.0 GPM, while Dometic recommends a flow rate of 3.0-5.0 GPM for optimal performance.

very noisey plastic rubbing ! any way to stop this?

will not use it this way!!
Asked by: roger
Silicone spray can be used to lubricate parts on the toilet including the flush ball seal. A product like SKU#31207 can be used on the ball valve as well.

This toilet has a 1/2" threaded inlet for a water supply connection. A closer look at the valve by itself is listed as <https://www.campingworld.com/water-valve-kit-310-series>SKU#49880.

How will I know if I need the floor flange kit for my coach?

2003 Itasca Suncrusier
Asked by: Richard
The floor flange adapter kit is only needed if the toilet that is being replaced uses a 4-bolt configuration in positions of 11 and 5 o'clock as opposed to a 2-bolt in 9 and 3 o'clock like a residential toilet.
