Thorough rinse but rubber gasket hard to flush
I have this 300 commode in my 2016 Rockwood Roo and have used for 4 years. The spray rinse is very good. The rubber gasket at the flush ball seal gets in the way of "debris" going down. Be nice if Dometic would make the flush ball seal larger and out of the way of the down spout. It could be the same size for the ball to close and seal on just larger underneath and out of the way of the down opening. Also be very useful if the ball valve opening was much larger, say 4" vs the current 3 3/8". The rubber gasket at the ball seal opening is only 2 1/2". We RV'rs do not have 5 gallons to push "stuff" down like at home.

Horrible smell
Could bot get rid of a smell in the bathroom. Constantly cleaning moping putting bleach in the traps of the sink and tub with no change. As other had mentioned, removed the toilet and there was a few ounces of raw sewage trapped underneath. Discussing.

Horid
This came with our 2020 274wk Forrest river travel trailer, waste fluid got into an open cavity in the back and the smell was bad and took some time to figure out where the smell was coming from. Run from Dometic model 300

Never even got to use it once
After spending two days installing this toilet and putting in a new floor all around it, I was just cleaning up the mess. I saw the package of chemical that came with the toilet and decided to put it in. Upon releasing the lever to close the roller ball, it just broke. Something inside either broke or turned loose. It is non serviceable. Now because I bought it on the internet site the store here cannot do anything to help me as they don't carry the low profile model. I'm to talk to the manager Monday to see what can be done. This toilet is junk.

Oh The Stinch
Just like many other reviews the toilet traps "waste" in the shroud and begins to smell very bad, the only way to remedy this is to remove the toilet periodically and literally hose it out with bleach. Not to mention it is a creaky, squeaky toilet. Toilet is a very bad design. I can in no way recommend this product.

Disappointed fulltimer from
Horrible,Noisy Squeeky
If I could give it less stars I probably would. I bought this only a couple weeks ago. the seat design is horrible the underside of the seat has ridge strips so the seat does not sit flush on the toilet rim like a seat should. (Also bad design for easy cleaning) Leaving an air gab and flexibility in the seat (which will eventually break) It Squeeks something terrible and loud. At first I thought oh it's because it new and it will stop, then I have checked it further and fining horrible reviews of the same issues and where the plastic around the toilet rim will start pealing and breaking as well due to the wear from the ill designed seat. You can not replace the seat itself with a regular one as it is installed with a Pin not screwed on like Most. And any seat that may come close for replacement cost 1/2 the price of the entire toilet JUST for the seat. I am extremely disappointed and now waiting for it to fall a part to be stuck with no working toilet. To bad a photo can not be added here. But You should know how it is ridged giving it air gap.

Terrible toilet
This came standard in our Raptor and had to be replaced within a few weeks because the seal leaks and no water remained in the bowl. This same thing has happened again after using for less than 15 trips. We attempted to repair by changing out the seal, but it continued to leak because ball does no go all the way up to complete the sealing
There is no adjustment to increase the height of the ball so it can seal. I would not recomend this to anyone.

Horrible
This came w our 2019 Forest river tt. Our maiden voyage, toilet stunk & we had sufficient water & chemicals as well as cool weather. On top of that the seat is so uncomfortable you can only sit there 5 minutes, it is so squeaky & loud. You find both complaints all over the internet on the dometic 300. I cannot believe you haven't
fixed these issues yet! Run from dometic!
