Additional Information
Features
This is the Air Conditioner's top unit only, to be used in conjunction with one of Dometic's Lower Assembly Kits seen below.
You can use this unit to replace a current air conditioner or install it new when used with a Lower Assembly Kit (Not Included). The Penguin II has been re-engineered where it matters. Heavy-duty motor support brackets, reinforced mounting screw holes, and thick structural EPP foam housings all help create a sturdier, more reliable A/C unit. A unique foam collar around the motor shaft prevents noise transfer during operation. The Sleek new shroud offers better ventilation, more strength and superior aerodynamic performance. Contoured shroud/solar panel mount further minimizes wind drag. Contemporary contours conceal vent openings for a smooth, clean look. A 3-speed blower motor and washable return air filter produce airflows that are cool and clean. Penguin units allow use of analog thermostats or the new Duo-Therm Comfort Control Center based on manufacturer's application. Uses electric or analog relays, in either air distribution box or ducted installations.

My additional AC, Dometic Penguin II
Very easy to install. My camper is prewired with the thermostat already mounted.
The AC works great, only LOUD. I managed to sleep but not very deeply.

What BTU is this unit 13500 or 15000? Does it heat and cool? Does it require a thermostat?
SKU# 104102 is a 13,500 BTU rooftop unit that is cool only.
SKU# 65143 is a 13,500 BTU rooftop unit that has a factory-installed heat strip so it will cool and supply a little heat.
Both of these units use CT thermostats SKU#106673(White) or #88513(Black).

what does lower cycles mean, and do rv air conditioners turn off and on, regular intervals
The description is missing a 'B', so the statement you are questioning should actually say "Blower cycles automatically in cooling and heating modes, for complete comfort from 40ºF on up."
Yes, the rooftop unit should cycle on and off automatically like a residential unit.

What ADB should I use with this unit for non-ducted and without an external thermostat? I would prefer to use controls on the ADB to manange heat/cool and fan speed. Thank you! Jason
These particular Penguin II models(SKU#104102 and 65143) have a factory installed control module so that they can be operated from a wall thermostat.
You will want to purchase Penguin II models listed as SKU#60184 or #60186 if you want to use the ADB listed as SKU#69943 which is a non-ducted assembly with built on manual controls.

Been told to buy a 640315Cxx1Co Dometic to replace my bad ducted air Conditioner. But what is difference between the 640315Cxx1Co and a Model 641915Cxx1Co
Model# 640315Cxx1C0 (SKU#60184) does not have a factory installed control kit so it is intended to be a non-ducted install paired with manual control ceiling assembly SKU# 69943.
Or a control kit can be added to this unit by the installer so it can be used in other configurations.
Model# 641915Cxx1C0 (SKU#104102) has a factory installed control kit, so you can use a wall thermostat. This unit will use non-ducted assembly SKU#69942 or ducted assembly SKU#33946. You can pair this rooftop unit & ceiling assembly(#69942 or #33946) with CT thermostats SKU#106673(White) or #88513(Black).
