Easy to install & fits great!!!
We recently replaced all 3 of our a/c shrouds on our 2000 Monaco Executive. They were shipped out and arrived on the date promised. They were very easy to install, the installation instructions are very explicit making the job very easy.
We thought the price was very good value. Keep up the good work!!
The only thing we would suggest is changing your online specs. We measured the shrouds after they arrived and their measurements should read 29.5 inches wide, 40.5
inches long and 7.0 inches high.

Missing Parts
This order came missing the foam strips that are placed on the a/c housing so the shroud doesn't sit down on the housing, I was on the phone for 30 mins w Dometic but finally gave up. I sent them an email and did hear back from them today. They requested the model # of the a/c unit, which I thought a little strange, but I did provide it to them. I am currently waiting to hear back from them. Seemed a bit difficult getting through to the right party to solve the problem. Hopefully they will get it handled.

I would love to comment on the product BUT, more than a month after the order was placed and PAID for, I am still waiting for the product to be shipped. I called several times and was first told it was back-ordered, then arrived at the warehouse and that an email was sent to ship. A week later, no change in status!

A/C Shroud's
I'm glad I took the chance and ordered the A/C Shroud's the dimensions are wrong on Camping World's Specification, Thanks to the previous review I ordered 2 and as the post reflects, The measurements should read 29.5 inches wide, 40.5 inches long and
7.0 inches high. They Fit perfect..
And as far as the other post stating that the image is incorrect It's not. The shroud has no holes, The Bottom frame has vent holes.

Wish is was thicker, no vent holes as pictured!
This is my second set of Penguin replacement shrouds, my previous RV needed them also. My disappointment with these, besides not being very thick (which means less likely to
crack when washing the roof), is that in the picture theyshroud shows vent holes in the sides of the shroud, but the ones that showed up do not have those vent holes.

This item was different than picture, no side vent holes as shown....but seems to be ok
as far as strength. One screw hole each was not drilled on the 2 covers I received. They
were usable after I drilled the mount hole.
