I recieved my Tyre Gards and placed them over my tandem wheels; fit nicely over the
wheels, but the fender skirt bace that supports the wheel well trim flange which is
located between the tires on the upper quarter get in the way and does not allow the
cover to fit snuggly across the top. Also, it would have been more complete if the Tyre
Gards had a draw cord or bunge attached to draw the bottom back snug to the tires to
prevent blowing off in windy conditions. I do like the gards, they are quality made and
will do what I am asking them to do; protect my tires in storage.

Tandem tire covers
I currently have three trailers I have tire covers on and have purchased approximately
eight sets all together over the years. I have always bought singles but decided to try
doubles this time. Reduces installation/removal time and effort substantially. They go on and come off easy and quick. Coverage is good. Material is lighter weight than I would prefer and no fastening cord is provided. There are eyelets but you will have to supply a rope or bungie to secure. Only time will tell how they hold up in the brutal Texas summer sun and heat. Overall satisfaction is good.

Tandem Tire Guards
These tire guards fit well and have a little extra room for adjusting. They slip over the
tops of the tires which also helps keep them in place. The flannel backing is a nice
feature also and there are grommets at the bottom for attaching a bungee cord and
keeping them snug. They also clean up easily and the vinyl covering is pliable and
lasts for years. They definitely protect the tire and I believe, help retard dry rot.

TANDEM TIRE GUARDS
We purchased the tire guards online and they came in the mail on time. Even though
we purchased this item site unseen they were exactly what we expected. The fit was perfect and they are very easy to install.
They have only been on our wheels for a month so we don't know how long they will
last. We would suggest they be sold in pairs (RV's have wheels on both sides).

Looks good, feels good, but not wide enough
These are nice quality, but unfortunately the small dual axle model does not fit our
*Wide Track* Heartland TT. I think we'll opt for the triple axle model as I'm pretty sure
even the large model won't be enough width either. It would be nice to have dimensions
for fit online...To be fair to Camping World ADCO doesn't advertise them other than tire
size either.

Works as advertised!
A very simple way to protect your tires from weather's ravages! I purchased a set of two which Camping Worlds promptly delivered. Easy to install; just slip them over the tires. Fits snugly enough that a bungee cord isn't required though it is recommended and grommets are provided.
Measure your tires edge to edge; add two inches if you have extended hubs.

NICE FIT
These work great. I purchased them to protect my tires from the elements and the harsh
sun of the desert. They fit nicely and require no hardware to install. To hold it in place, I
recommend the rubber mule straps as opposed to bungee cords. They are stronger and
will last longer. Great product, will purchase more when needed.

Not for long term
These are very nice at first but don't plan on using them longer than six months. They tend to get brittle and tare after a few months. They also don't fair well in the winter months. They will freeze and tare very easily in cold weather. Short term they look very nice and work well.

My tires measure 26" in diameter - they have plain white rims. Is this the right size for me to order?
As ADCO does not manufacture a tandem cover for tire diameters smaller than 27", yes.

The overall length of both tires is 65 inches will these fit?
You may need to step up to the next size, this cover is 64" in length.

Is there any advantage to using single tire covers?
Does the single or the double one fit better than the other or make any difference to the looks of the rv because of wrinkles, etc.?
No, there really is not much of an advantage to single covers versus tandems. Tandems are marginally less of a hassle to deal with since you only have two covers to handle rather than 4 or 6 individuals.

Triple size
Do you have ones to cover three axels with 14 inch tires on my Airstream?.
We have triple covers, yes, see item 32121 as example.
Date published: 2019-03-08
How do the covers attach around the wheels?
Do they have a wire or strap to hold them on the tires?
These come with grommets installed to allow cords or bungees to be used to secure the cover. (cords/bungees not included)
