Rated 1 out of 5 by from Falls off Got these last fall, 33ft tt on seasonal site, used these when ready to pull home for the winter. I had clean mirrors and suction cups, and had just washed the whole rig the day before. I put them on, tighened them and by the time I got back into my vehicle, they had fallen off. I hadn't even got hooked up yet. 99 Ford F150 and it wont stick to the mirrors at all. I will be looking for something different this spring. I am used to good, nonvibrating large mirrors, as I am a commercial vehicle driver. And driving the big rigs I definitely want to see around the 33 ft camper. I like being able to see the trailers tires and wheels when pulling it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Surprisingly good! Had my doubts about a suction-cup-mount mirror. But, if you clean the mirror, and over-extend the rubber mount-cup before ratcheting-down, it stays on quite well. I didn't extend the rubber enough on one application, and it fell off after a couple hours. The safety strap kept the mirror on the car, so there was no damage. They have not fallen off since, with over 20 hours of drive time. They also extend away from the vehicle mirror further than any other strap-on mirror I looked at, which is a plus.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Probably a good product...BUT... I think the fact that they mount to the face of the mirror is both good and bad. Good in the sense that you can adjust them by adjusting the mirror. Bad in the fact that we have an 8 year old vehicle and the electric mirrors aren't very tight, so you get alot of shaking. I think if the base mirror is solid, these would work really well. I'll probably end up buying a tow mirror that mounts to the mirror shroud so it is more stable. Great in concept!...but sadly didn't work as well as I'd hoped.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Tow-N-See towing mirror for Toyota Tacoma I purchased for my 2008 Toyota Tacoma. The plunger kept coming loose after about 5 miles of normal driving or just sitting in the parking lot. I left the mirror installed, drove to work, left my truck sit in the parking lot for 8 hours. When I arrived to my truck, the mirror had rotated down about 45 degrees from just sitting in the parking lot. Re-tried test, but this time tightened the plunger as tight as I could get it. Result was almost the same. I also read a review that someone had a problem when driving at higher elevations. The plunger would pop off at the higher elevation. I was planning on towing my trailer from California to Utah, so I decided to return them. I would not waste your money unless you are only towing a few miles at a time. I purchased the Fit System 3891Deluxe Universal Clip-On Trailer Towing Mirror, and it worked great.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from works OK Once we get them on they work OK. They've never fallen off while driving but when we stick them on and then hook up the trailer they would fall of sometimes. Got a new Expedition and the cord that hooks on the mirror is now too small so can't use them. The mirror needs to be bigger and the extension maybe just a little longer. I haven't found any mirror on the market that works all that great though.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from They're inexpensive and work great! I've used these mirrors for more than 6 years and towed with them for over 40,000 miles. I clean the suction cups and SUV mirrors every time before mounting them. They've never fallen off. It would be nice if they were a little larger and extended more ... but they're much less expensive than specialty towing mirrors (which aren't available for our Chevy TrailBlazer anyway).

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Adequate but could be better It works okay on the driver's side but doesn't cut it on the passenger side. The shaft isn't long enough to extend the mirror out far enough to see much on the passenger side. A friend bought a pair the same time I did and he experienced the same thing. However, neither of us had any trouble with them coming off when towing at 65 MPH and they didn't vibrate much at all.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Helped a lot Attached easily and securely on the mirrors of our 2006 GMC Envoy enabling me to see very well around our 26 ft. travel trailer. They made backing into our camping site and our storage site a breeze. They did wobble a bit at 70 miles an hour when wind gusts would blow, but am happy with the purchase.

Is the mirror itself adjustable? Without using electric mirror.

The mirror is completely stationary, so it cannot be moved without moving the standard mirror.
