Coleman Air Conditioner Heat Kit
This heat strip was suggested for the Mach 8 13,500 btu air conditioning unit that I purchased from camping world. The heat strip does not fit this unit properly and I believe has a potential to cause damage as it is loose,contacts condenser coils, and contacts the top of the return air duct. I did some research and found that this heat strip is for coleman Mach ac units except MACH 8. I did find a heat kit for the Mach 8 low profile ac unit that fits. Same heater just different mounting bracket. I am only doing this review as I believe it could cause damage or fire if installed in Mach 8. I don't have an issue with the product itself, just that it is being advertised on this website for the Mach 8.
