    This is a great cover if your storing your camper inside. Probably one of the best for the money. But if its exposed to the winds,

    The picture shown has some time of frame that the cover fits over.
    No, there is no frame included with the cover. Either the buckle/strap system on the cover to pull in slack is being confused for a frame or the truck camper jacks that are mounted to the camper it's self such as ones made by Rieco Titan.
