    I'd recommend a 33" cover for a 245/70/19.5 tire.

If you have protruding wheel covers, the 40"-42" cover would be ideal. If you do not have protruding wheel covers, the 36"-39" cover will have a slightly better fit since the tire diameter is 39".

    is 40" the largest size
Class A motorhomes can vary quite a bit for tires. Hence the reason for either measuring said tire(physically/tire calculator) or obtaining manufacturer specs of the tire. Typically the smallest size range used is 33" to 35" and can go up to 43" to 45" which is the largest tire cover size available.
