Rated 1 out of 5 by from Choose the correct size Just purchased these and installed on the front tires. Bought one size larger than the tire diameter based on reviews and they were still very tight. I would have bought even larger if I known how tight. The bungee cords that are provided are very difficult to install. You need a device to grab the bungee to help install per the instructions. I will buy other bungee cords from others to use with these tire covers. I now understand why so may owners do not use wheel covers.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from How to improve Elements Tire Covers I like the Elements Tire Covers for the color selection, the durability and cost. What needs to be improved is the elastic or bungee cord that is used to attach the cover to the tire and wheel. I need to use my awning hook to "fish" the cord behind each tire and wheel. This involves laying on the ground, which seems to always be wet or dirty when I am doing it. A better option would be a length of rope with some bungee at the other end, with a hook or other attachment. This would at lease eliminate "fishing" the bungee one of the ways behind the tire and wheel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bottom secure snap Just an fyi on securing the bottom strap. I use the long hook for the window awnings to slide behind the tire to hook the strap to and slide it to the other side

Rated 2 out of 5 by from bungee cord design flawed One person without the aide of a Sheppard's hook type device or a helper, cannot fasten the fastening cord by themselves. If a product requires additional devices to work as designed, it should be included in the package.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Need an easier way to attach these. Was tough to get the cord attached even after crawling under the rig. I ended up just using bungees but it’s not as secure as I’d like it to be. Eh...They were cheap though

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tire covers run a little small Decent tire covers, but they were a little small. Make sure the ones you order are plenty large enough.
Date published: 2019-12-05
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not perfect Not all were the same size. One was just a little smaller, doesn't quite cover the entire tire.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from WE RETURNED THEM We returned them. too hard to put on our tires ... not enough room in the wheel well to get an arm. These must be pulled over the top of the tire and then TIED behind it. Without crawling on the ground and looking for tie ends, I'm not sure it is worth it. We made our own with Truck Sun Visors and clamps with string.

My tires are 225x75r/16. What size wheel covers should I order?

Asked by: Dale
We have the same size tires so we ordered the largest size that Elements carry and they fit perfect. We ordered the gray and we’re very pleased with them.

My tires are 295/80r 22.5 what covers do i need? thanks

Asked by: fred
You can use the 40" to 42" tire covers if you do not have a protruding cover on the wheel. If your wheels have a cover that protrudes past the width of the tire, you will want to step the size up to the 43" to 45" version.
