Cartridge replacement for QC2-AC Everpure Water Purifying System lasts up to one year. It fits models QL2 or QL3. Protects you from waterborne bacteria, viruses, mold and algae. Reduces the taste and odor of chlorine, dirt, rust, cysts and asbestos. 1/2 GPM flow rate.

No, while the design concepts are similar. Everpure's ADC and 3M's Filtrete cartridges are not interchangeable.

SKU#4142 is just a replacement cartridge. To replace this cartridge the water should be shut off and pressure in the water line relieved.
  1. Fully lift handle on the head until it stops
  2. Hold head firmly. Push upward on cartridge and turn it to the left 1/4 turn, until rotation stops
  3. Pull cartridge from head
  4. Align new cartridge lug with head label. Hold head firmly. Insert new cartridge into head
  5. Turn cartridge to right 1/4 turn until rotation stops
  6. Lower handle on the head. Turn on water supply.
  7. Flush cartridge by running water through filtered faucet for 3 minutes to flush cartridge and purge it of air
