Flex Seal Liquid MAX is liquid rubber in a can. This 2.5-gal. size is excellent for those large jobs. It's thick rubberized liquid that you can brush, roll, dip, or pour. It starts out as a thick liquid and dries to a strong, flexible, watertight, rubberized coating to seals out air, water, and moisture. Flex Seal is mildew, chemical, and UV resistant. It's also non-hazardous, non-flammable, and safe around plants and animals.
